IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Conference Passes
   • Sponsors are accorded complimentary conference passes to attend RT2022
   • The number of complimentary conference passes are accorded according to the sponsorship categories
   • Conference passes provide access to the Welcome Reception, Conference Proceedings, Conference Materials, Lunches & Coffee Breaks
2. Exhibition Booth
   • The Platinum sponsor is accorded one (1) complimentary exhibition booth of 3m (W) x 3m (L)
   • The complimentary booth will be complete with standard shell scheme, standard booth furniture and electrical points
   • Should the sponsor wish to custom design or enhance the exhibition booth, all additional costs are to be borne by the sponsor 
3. RT2022 Side Meeting Slot
   • Platinum sponsor and Gold sponsor are accorded one (1) side meeting promotional slot on RT2022 programme. Please note, all members' side meeting are advised to be hosted on 1 December 2022 (between 8.00am - 12.00pm).
4. Branding Mileage
   • Platinum sponsor is accorded one (1) poster panel space; one (1) promotional video airtime slot*
   • Gold sponsor is accorded one (1) poster panel space; one (1) promotional video airtime slot*
   • Silver sponsor is accorded one (1) poster panel space
   • Welcome Reception sponsor is accorded one (1) poster panel space; one (1) promotional video airtime slot*; logo to display on cocktail buffet line
   • Coffee Break sponsor is accorded one (1) promotional video airtime slot*; logo to display on coffee break line
   * Promotional video airtime is 3 min max, video file to be provided by sponsor before 1st November 2022
5. Logo Placements
   • Logo & weblink to appear on RT2022 official website
   • Logo placements on any relevant materials as approved by RSPO
